A new building - known as Building C - will soon open in the Bonarka4Business office complex in the southern city of Cracow. The official opening of the building is scheduled for Jan. 17.

Building C is on Puszkarska Street. It is the third grade-A building in the Bonarka4Business complex. The investors are Trigranit Development Corporation and IPR Group.

Around 35,000 sq m of office space in four free-standing buildings will be constructed as part of the business complex. Two buildings, A and B, now fully rented out, were completed in the second quarter of 2011. The combined office space in building C and the planned building D will exceed 16,000 sq m.

Among the tenants of the Bonarka4Business complex are companies such as Alexander Mann, Pure Health and Fitness, Antenna, Lexmark, State Street, Aterima and Lux Med. Real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for renting out the complex to tenants.
