More Tenants at University Business Park

Three new tenants have recently leased a combined 3,200 sq m of office space in the University Business Park in the central city of £ód¼ under agreements with Globe Trade Center SA (GTC), the owner of the complex. The new tenants are Mobica, Samsung Electronics Polska and PKP Energetyka SA. Some 75 percent of the space in the first building of the complex has been leased out.

Mobica will occupy almost 1,200 sq m of office space in the University Business Park with an option to lease more space in the future. The company will move into the University Business Park in May.

Samsung Electronics Polska will move into the University Business Park in February. The company has leased 1,100 sq m, with an option to lease more space in the future.

PKP Energetyka SA will move into the University Business Park in April and occupy almost 900 sq m there.

Other tenants at the University Business Park include Citibank, Hewlett-Packard, Warta, Intergraph, Kredyt Bank, Hermann Kirchner, Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Tax Care and Pharmena.

The University Business Park is between Ko¶ciuszki Avenue and Wólczańska Street near the £ód¼ University of Technology campus. Its first completed building has 19,300 sq m of grade-A office space and 300 parking spaces. The building has seven stories, each providing 2,700 sq m.
