Architects SUD and consulting firm APAX have leased space at the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich office building at 19 Chmielna St. in the center of Warsaw. Both leases are for five years.

Considering lease agreements and letters of intent already signed, there are only two modules still vacant and available to tenants in the building. One covers 300 sq m and can be divided. The other covers 100 sq m.

The six-story building, with a total usable area of 4,500 sq m, combines office and retail functions. The leasable area covers around 3,200 sq m - 410 sq m of retail space on the ground floor and 2,850 sq m of grade A office space on the upper stories. The construction of the building was completed in September 2011.
