Fashion retailer New Yorker will open a two-level 1,000 sq m store at the Ogrody shopping center about to be expanded in the northern city of Elbląg.

More than 50 percent of the space in the center has been leased out to tenants. The expansion and modernization project is due to begin in February, with completion scheduled for next year.

The investor is the CBRE Global Investors company while Acteeum Central Europe, in conjunction with real estate services company CBRE, is responsible for expanding the center and leasing it out to tenants. Architects ESA have designed the center.
