Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to manage the Feniks office building at 32 Żelazna St. in Warsaw.

Feniks is a grade A office building providing 9,000 sq m of office space on seven stories and 1,000 sq m of retail space on the ground floor. All the office space has been leased out to BOŚ Bank Group. The building also provides 54 parking spaces underground.

The developer is the Europlan company and the general contractor is Modzelewki & Rodek. Architects Archico Projekt have designed the building.
