Capital Park Group has leased 1,124 sq m of office space in the Beta building of Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw's district of Ochota from CEPD Management Sp. z o.o., a member of the Pelion group of companies. The office complex is still under construction. The first stage of the project is to be completed in June 2014.

Capital Park Group is one of the largest business organizations operating on the European pharmacy market. Among other tenants who have already leased space in the complex are Imtech Polska, Tebodin and Qumak Sekom. Eurocentrum Office Complex has LEED CS Gold pre-certification. Its 15-story grade A Beta building will be located on Jerozolimskie Avenue between Zawiszy Square and the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station. More than 30% of its total space has already been leased out. Eurocentrum will provide 65,800 sq m of leasable space, including 63,600 sq m of office space. It will have the largest office story in the center of Warsaw - around 4,700 sq m. It will also offer 2,200 sq m of retail space with shops and restaurants, 612 underground parking space on three levels and 162 parking spaces above ground, including 112 public spaces.

The general contractor of the project, designed by the PRC Architekci architectural practice, is Erbud SA. The real estate services company Cushman & Wakefied is the agent responsible for renting out the office space to tenants.
