Hochtief Polska has completed the construction of the building shell of the 44-story Cosmopolitan building, a 160-metre-tall residential tower, on Twarda Street in the center of Warsaw. The topping-out ceremony was held Jan. 23, 20 months after the start of construction works.

The Cosmopolitan building will have an underground garage for 299 vehicles. A building next to the tower will provide office and retail space. The combined space will exceed 53,000 sq m. The project is to be completed in mid-2013 while the turn-key apartments will be handed out to clients in the first quarter of 2014.
