Poland’s Opel plant to make Astra V

Opel's factory located in the southern Polish city Gliwice will produce the new Opel Astra V in 2015.
Investments needed to launch the new model will cost over EUR 200 million, according to factory representatives.
The Gliwice plant celebrated the 15th anniversary of its establishment on Saturday. Andrzej Korpak, the head of the Opel's Gliwice unit, said that the factory would construct yet another production hall for the Astra V model.
The Polish plant expects a significant production growth in 2015.
