Poland's net employment outlook seen at 4pct in Q4 2013 - Manpower

Poland's seasonally adjusted net employment outlook is seen at a positive 4% in Q4 2013, with 12% of employers surveyed planning a headcount increase and 9% predicting a cut, Manpower said in a report.
"Adjusted for seasonal factors, the net employment forecast for Poland measures 4%, strengthening the positive result from the prior survey edition," the report shows.
The non-adjusted net employment forecast for Poland reached 3%, the survey showed.
Employers in Poland are moderately optimistic when it comes to employment plans in Q4 with "overall employment increase planned by 12% of companies surveyed, 9% of firms planning jobs reduction and 74% declaring no personnel changes," Manpower said.
