Real estate company IVG Immobilien, law firm Schönherr, the Austrian Culture Forum, consulting firm Accreo and insurance company Stewart Title have joined the tenant mix of the Le Palais office building on Prózna Street in the center of Warsaw. Real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle represented Warimpex Finanz und Beteiligungs AG, the owner of the building, in the process of signing up the new tenants.

The tenants will occupy a combined 2,024 sq m in the building: IVG 215 sq m, Shönherr 767 sq m, the Austrian Culture Forum 486 sq m, Accreo 441 sq m, and Stewart Title 115 sq m.

IVG has already moved into the building. Accreo plans to follow suit in March, the Austriam Forum in May, and Schönherr in September.

Le Palais provides around 5,427 sq m of office space on five stories. The retail part of the building, covering around 1,390 sq m, is on the ground floor and on the first level underground. There is also an underground garage for staff and visitors. The building was completed in December 2012.
