New Office Leases in Cracow

The Booking.com company will lease 200 sq m in the Nowe Herbewo office building in the southern city of Cracow, in a deal brokered by real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield. In other deals midwived by C&W, Akamai Technologies Sp. z o.o. will add 500 sq m to its Cracow premises in the Vinci Office Center, and the Mazars company will move into the M65 Meduza office building in the center of Cracow. It will occupy 262 sq m there.

Booking.com is a Dutch company active in the tourist sector since 1996. It offers an internet service linking hotels with prospective clients. The owner of the website is Priceline.com. Nowe Herbewo is Booking.com’s second location in Poland. The company also has an office in the Grzybowska Park building in Warsaw.

Akamai specializes in data storage and cloud computing services. The company entered the Polish market in 2011. So far it has occupied 900 sq m in the Vinci Office Center. It decided to lease more space in connection with its expansion on the Polish market. Akamai’s main technological center in Europe will be located in the Vinci center.

Mazars is an international organization specializing in auditing, accounting and advisory services. The company has been on the Polish market for 20 years.

Nowe Herbewo, Vinci Office Center and M65 Meduza are modern buildings offering grade-A office space.
