The Multicentrum Victoria shopping center is under construction in the northern city of Chojnice, Pomerania province. Work is now under way to lay the foundations for the building and a parking lot. The opening of the center is planned for the first quarter of 2014.

Also under way is the process of finding tenants for the shopping center. At the end of last year, the investor signed a lease agreement with the MK Bowling chain. A 12-lane bowling alley, the largest in the region, with a music club and an eatery, will be built in the center. The alley will be around 1,600 sq m in size.

Multicentrum Victoria will have four stories. It will house a grocery supermarket, a three-screen multiplex cinema, a medical center, restaurants, cafes and around 80 stores, in addition to the bowling alley. The gross leasable area of the center exceeds 14,000 sq m. The parking lot will accommodate around 500 cars.

The general contractor is construction company Doraco. Construction work started in the fourth quarter of last year. The Arkon Studio architectural practice has designed the center. Real estate services company DTZ is responsible for leasing it out to tenants. The investor behind the project is the Victoria Sobol s.k.a company.
