The Messer Eutectic Castolin company will lease space in the Diamond Business Park in Gliwice, Silesia province, in a deal brokered by real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield.

Messer Eutectic Castolin provides repair services involving welding, brazing and thermal spraying.

The Diamond Business Park is in the Gliwice subzone of the Katowice Special Economic Zone and offers warehouse, production and office space. It is composed of five buildings with a combined area of 46,000 sq m. The owner of the Diamond Business Park is a company owned by AIG/Lincoln Group.
