A host of prominent politicians, scientists and business leaders will descend on Warsaw’s Sheraton Hotel March 21-22 to take part in a conference focusing on leadership and management. The conference is called the European Executive Forum: Leadership in a Changing Europe and its main topic is effective management.
The dynamics of market changes nowadays raise doubts about whether traditional approaches to management are adequate, according to the Executive Club, a business organization that is organizing the event. On the first day of the conference, political leaders will attempt to determine what kind of leadership Europe needs today. On the second day, business leaders will outline their vision of leadership.
The conference aims to offer an in-depth insight into leadership and best business practices, as well as become a venue for the regular presentation of the latest trends in management and a platform for the exchange of ideas and up-to-date information on leadership.
