A telecom and media conference billed as the 13th Telecommunications and Media World Symposium will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Warsaw March 27-28.

The conference, held annually for the past 13 years, is a key event for Poland’s telecom and media market insiders. Every year, it brings together the CEOs of leading telecom and media companies as well as officials and experts.

The event aims to be a platform for dialogue on the further development of the telecommunications and mass media sectors, encouraging participants to discuss crucial changes on the market, study new trends and work together on business models and market strategies.

This year’s symposium will focus on topics including the regulatory policy of Poland’s Office of Electronic Communications; new technology and its impact on market consolidation; changes in telecom and media market regulations and their impact on businesses; the development of interactive media; and the ongoing conversion to digital terrestrial television in Poland.
