The M&P FHU Mirosław Pawlina (M&P) company was established in Warsaw over 15 years ago and since then has been gradually building its reputation as an expert in quality wine and liquor.

M&P has 14 exclusive stores in Warsaw and the surrounding area stocking over 1,000 alcohol brands imported from across the globe, a collection that could overwhelm even the most demanding connoisseur. The company boasts a prestigious Whisky & Cognac Club of its own, a busy call center and a network of sales representatives across Poland. Even though exclusive alcohol marketed by M&P includes plenty of cognac, armagnac and Scotch whisky brands, traditional, good Polish vodka remains a much sought-after commodity at M&P stores.

Many buyers have been faithful M&P customers for many years. In return, the company invites them to tastings and an annual festival, keeps them up to date about special offers and loyalty packages and mails out a free quarterly magazine entitled Degustator (Taster) with the latest news on products.

The trust M&P customers have given the company and the range of products they choose has prompted M&P owner Mirosław Pawlina to come up with products specially tailored for the demanding consumer.

Vodka has a long history in Polish cuisine. Consumers have recently grown very fond of good Polish food, as shown by highly popular “regional fairs” where participants can buy traditional cold meats, delicious fish from Polish lakes, bread free from enhancers and cheeses made at small, family-run dairies. Value-conscious consumers who buy such fine food search for Polish alcohol of equally fine quality to go with it. They are the ones for whom M&P has designed Pawlina, a triple-distilled, premium rye vodka produced by experts from the Polanin vodka factory in the Wielkopolska region according to a rigorously observed recipe and in conformity with the highest quality standards. The company owner has given his own name to Pawlina to vouch for its premium quality. M&P customers like to buy Pawlina for its excellent quality and because they trust M&P. The vodka was launched 18 months ago and quickly became a bestseller that won prizes in nationwide competitions, including a gold medal in a blind tasting of unflavored vodkas organized by the Rynki alkoholowe trade magazine. Pawlina beat many well-known and popular brands and was also voted the competition’s Best Product in the Debut of the Year category.

Following up on Pawlina’s success and addressing market demand, M&P has launched Starosta, a mainstream vodka that is hugely popular with cost-conscious buyers while meeting top quality standards. Starosta is frequently chosen for grand celebrations such as wedding parties, christenings and other family feasts.
