Stare Bojanowo—palace-and-park complex
Located in the village of Stare Bojanowo, Śmigiel district, Kościan county, marked in the land register as plot No. 388 with area of 0.7200 hectares (ha) comprising a palace-and-park complex and plots No. 387/12 with an area of 0.0712 ha and No. 387/11 with an area of 0.4093 ha. The palace, built at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, nestles along the main road running through the village, in the north-south direction, with a small park in front. There is an added administration building in the south. The former estate buildings are located in the west. In the east, there is a small courtyard facing eastward. Utilities: electricity, water supply, sewerage, telecommunications, central heating, IT systems. The complex is in good condition, having undergone renovation in 2009 involving replacement of a part of the structure and roof covering, replacement of doors and windows, filling in of gaps in the facade plaster, replacement of the rainwater and lightning protection system.

The park, 0.7200 ha in area, is almost rectangular in shape, with the longer side running in an east-west direction. The parkland is flat. To the north the park borders on a narrow road with the outbuildings, to the south the boundary consists of a path running along a historical barn and a residential building into a yard that forms the park’s western boundary. The park has a fence placed on concrete posts. An entrance gate leads into the park. There is another entrance from the yard, north of the manor house. The manor house, built in the late 19th century as a modest modernist villa, lies in the park’s western part. The park has very few trees per unit of area, only the part in front of the manor’s eastern side is filled with separately growing old trees.

Under a study on the conditions of development for the town and district of Śmigiel, approved by Śmigiel Town Council resolution XXVIII/322/2001 of May 17, 2001 with subsequent amendments, the property is in an area designated for buildings and facilities related to agricultural production.

Jabłonna—palace-and-park complex
The palace-and-park complex in Jabłonna is located in Rydzyna district, Leszno county, about 16 km from Leszno. The palace in Jabłonna was built in the second half of the 18th century, the general architectural concept being the work of Dominik Merlini. The palace is an example of a then new trend in architecture to make small rural palaces resemble villas. Its interior arrangements, different parts of the building and facades are extremely diverse. The palace building was entered in the historic sites register under number 762/Wlkp/A on Sept. 24, 2009. The building is in poor condition.

The park in Jabłonna was probably set up in the late 18th or early 19th century based on an existing forest. The park’s area is 4.23 ha, including about 0.10 ha of water. This is a classical-type park in an intermediate style combining regular arrangements from classicism (French style) with landscape motifs. The park is asymmetrical, in a distorted radial arrangement. The age of the trees in the park ranges from 100 to 200 years. Around a dozen trees are registered as Natural Monuments. The park was entered in the historic sites register under number 239/Wlkp/A on Oct. 14, 1948 and July 30, 2008.

Bardo—manor, park and farm complex
The property is in Bardo, a locality about 5 km from the town of Września. The area is 16.5981 ha. This manor, park and farm complex has been entered in the historic sites register following a decision by the Wielkopolska provincial historic sites conservator: the manor, 395.2 sq m in area, under number 961/A, the park under number 2159/A, and the farm complex under number 2618/A (feed store, warehouse/garage buildings). The farm also includes three cowsheds, storage buildings, an outbuilding for employees and other facilities. The landscape park was set up in the late 18th century, the manor house was built in the early 19th century, and the farm buildings in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Wincenty Suchorzewski, a cavalry captain in the Polish National Cavalry, modeled the locality after a town arrangement and built the classical-style manor. After his death the property belonged to the Iłowiecki, Wolański and Czapski families. As of 1962 the estate was managed by the Biegunowo State Farm Complex. The farm complex has retained its original spatial arrangement, which was historically and functionally connected with the manor-and-park complex.

The manor house is in satisfactory condition, unused and in need of renovation. The farm buildings are in satisfactory or poor condition. The landscape park is neglected and requires redevelopment.

Duszniki—production facilities, depots and warehouses
This complex of plots is located on the outskirts of the town of Duszniki, the main town in the area, right next to a road leading from Duszniki to Lwówek, about 20 km from the A2 freeway and 8 km from the E30 Berlin-Warsaw highway.

Under a study on the conditions of development for Duszniki district approved by resolution XXIX/172/08 of June 24, 2008, plots No. 583/3 and 584/3 are in an area earmarked for production facilities, depots and warehouses.

A zoning plan has been drawn up for a part of plot No. 584/4 located in Duszniki – Resolution V/19/07 of the Duszniki District Council of Jan. 23, 2007.

Under this plan, part of the plot (approx. 1.09 ha in area) has been designated for production facilities, depots and warehouses with service buildings. The rest of the plot is arable land and roads.

Utilities are found near the property: electricity, water supply and sewerage systems.

Laski near Kępno—single-family housing
The property is a complex of land plots ranging from 770 sq m to 1381 sq m in size, located along a county road about 10 km from Kępno. The property is near an area undergoing intensive development in terms of residential construction. Also nearby are existing residential buildings in the locality of Laski. Under the zoning plan for Trzcinica district, approved by resolution XXXIV/209/09 of the Trzcinica District Council on July 2, 2009 on approving a change to the zoning plan for the village of Laski, applying to an area located within the Osiedle Nowe housing development and the Borek area, published in the Wielkopolska Province Official Journal No. 153 item 2640 dated Aug. 14, 2009, the property is designated for a single-family housing development and a housing and service development.

Owińska—tourist services
The plot is located in Owińska, a village in Czerwonak district about 15 km from downtown Poznań, near Zielonka Forest. It is regular in shape and lies right next to water reservoirs in a pit left by a former aggregate excavation site where the Akwen Tropicana facility has since been set up; this is a beach in exotic style with a swimming area that serves as an attraction for Poznań residents as well, with an aquatic equipment rental shop, a beach volleyball court and a jetty. The plot is 3.0037 ha in area and the local zoning plan designates it for purposes including tourist services and greenery.

Chorzemin—vacation home and single-family housing development
The property, comprising two plots with areas of 37.98529 ha (vacation home development) and 9.2812 ha (single-family housing development), is about 2.5 km north of the town of Wolsztyn, in the vigorously developing southern part of the locality of Chorzemin. The property’s selling points include its location near Lake Wolsztyńskie, a forest complex and the town. Housing developments are being built near the plot and a sports facility lies nearby. Access is convenient, via a paved road leading to Wolsztyn. Utilities are available nearby, including electricity, water supply, sewerage and natural gas supply systems.

Under the latest study on the conditions of development for the town and district of Wolsztyn, approved by Wolsztyn Town Council Resolution No. XXX/243/2001 of March 29, 2001 with subsequent amendments, the land plots in question lie within an area designated for vacation home construction, single-family housing construction with permissible “light” commercial use. There are archeological sites in the area.
