Pavel Schanka has joined real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle to become property management director for the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe. Schanka graduated from the University of Reading in Property Investment and Portfolio Management and he also has a degree in finance, accounting and law from the Prague University of Economics in the Czech Republic.

In another new appointment at Jones Lang LaSalle, Virginie de Baere has taken over as property management director for Poland. She will be responsible for supervising retail, hotel and warehouse projects carried out for customers throughout the country and for the development of services and business in the area of property management.
