Italian fashion brands Manila Grace and E-Go and exclusive boutiques Liu Jo Jeans and Liu Jo Accessories are among the tenants who will open their stores in the shopping part of the Plac Unii office and retail complex under construction in Warsaw. Other tenants will include Chiara Boutique with luxury accessories and a Samuel Concept Fashion store.

In all, the owner of the complex has signed 13 new lease agreements. As a result, 75 percent of the retail part of the complex has already been rented out.

Plac Unii is in central Warsaw, between the Śródmieście and Mokotów districts. It is composed of three buildings, providing a total of 56,800 sq m of leasable area: 41,300 sq m occupied by grade A+ offices and 15,500 sq m by a three-story shopping center.

In 2012, Plac Unii was granted a BREEAM green building certificate. The complex has been designed by the APA Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural practice under the guidance of Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz, an outstanding Polish architect. The project is being carried out by Liebrecht & wooD Group, a majority investor with a 60-percent stake, in association with BBI Development NFI SA. The complex is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2013.
