Poland’s Treasury maintains its plan to sell up to 35% stake in power group Energa and keep 50%, deputy Treasury Minister Pawel Tamborski said on Monday.
"We maintain the plan to sell up to 35% in Energa under the IPO so as to keep 50%," Tamborski told reporters.
That leaves the size of the offer unchanged despite prior declarations by Poland that it would seek to gain flexibility for the offer by privileging some stake, the minister added.
