Poland among world’s biggest furniture makers

Poland is world's fourth largest exporter of furniture in the world, following only China, Germany and Italy, PAP Polish news agency reported.
The value of this year's Polish furniture exports is expected to reach EUR 6.9 billion compared to 6.6 billion last year.
Market expert Tomasz Wiktorski said Poland has the 10th largest production capacity in the world.
The largest importer of Polish furniture is Germany where Polish products are sold under German brands. Similar is the case in Belgium and the Netherlands.
