Polish unemployment flat at 13.0pct in September - minister

Polish registered unemployment likely stayed flat at 13.0% in September, the Labor Ministry said in a statement.
The number of unemployed was at 2.082 million at end-September, down by 900 from August.
"In the last seven months the number of registered unemployed declined by 253,000 persons compared to 189,000 in the prior year period," Labor Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said, as quoted in the statement.
"This result, as well as other positive signals from the economy, give hope that the worst on the labor market is behind us."
Unemployment rate declined in nine out of 16 Polish regions.
Employers filed 72,900 job offers in September, compared to 74,400 in August.
