Poland, South Africa signs economic cooperation agreement

Stepping up political and trade and economic relations between Poland and South Africa were the main topics discussed by PM Donald Tusk and President Jacob Zuma in Pretoria, South Africa on Thursday.
The two countries also signed fresh agreements promoting bilateral trade.
The agreement on economic cooperation signed in the presence of Tusk and Vice-president Kgalema Mothlanthe provides for the setting up a joint economic committee and cooperation in energy, mining and agriculture.
The Polish government delegation and officials of PAIiIZ Agency for Information and Foreign Investment took part in a business forum in Johannesburg on Thursday.
