Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk met with the President of Zambia Michael Sata in Lusaka on Monday to discuss the strengthening of political and economic relations.
"We have come to Africa to boost political and economic relations with Zambia,” Tusk said.
The visit of the Polish PM in Zambia is an opportunity to intensify economic relations between the two countries which both specialize in copper production, Tusk said as cited by the gov't press office.
Poland and Zambia may also cooperate in the fields of agriculture, research and education, Tusk said.
