Poland’s statistical office revises country’s GDP growth data

Poland's GDP grew 0.5% year-on-year in Q1 2013, while Q2 GDP growth measured 0.8% y/y, both in line with previous estimates, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said Monday citing revised figures.
Q1 investments declined 2.1% y/y, vs. an earlier estimate of -2.0%, while domestic demand was flat y/y, better than 0.1% decline estimated before.
Q2 investments were down 3.2% y/y, better than the prior estimate of -3.8%, while domestic demand turned out to be at 1.1% y/y, vs. 1.0% annual increase reported earlier.
