October 25, 2013
Poland’s Treasury will go ahead with the IPO of power group Energa and expects the company to debut on the WSE in November, Treasury Minister Wlodzimierz Karpinski told PAP Polish news agency.
"We have positive market signals tied to PKP Cargo's debut, so the sentiment is good," Karpinski said. "Our plan still is for Energa debut on the WSE in November."
The Treasury owns 85% in Energa and plans to sell a 35% stake to retain control.
Energa filed issue prospectus with financial market regulator KNF on September 11.
