The English punk rock group Slaughter And The Dogs will perform at the Central Culture Center at 12 Burakowska St. Nov. 12.

The band from Manchester made their debut in 1976, together with The Damned, The Clash and Sex Pistols, the first wave of punk rock. Their music echoes the sound of American groups like New York Dolls, Dead Boys and Television, as well as that of the giants of 1960s British music—The Beatles, The Kinks and The Who.
Slaughter And The Dogs broke up soon after the release of their debut album Do It Dog Style, in May 1978. March 2001 the band reactivated and last June they released a new album titled Beware Of...

The support act before the gig Nov. 12 will be a group from Szczecin, Włochaty. Tickets cost zl.25.
