Article's tools:

French construction group Eiffage, one of the largest construction corporations in Europe, has reorganized and rebranded its subsidiaries in Poland as Eiffage Polska.

The rebranding process officially ended with a ceremony July 3 and its main aim was to facilitate the management of the group’s assets and resources and increase its competitiveness on the Polish market for construction services.

While taking the floor during the event, Francois Julliemier, deputy CEO of Eiffage Construction, said Eiffage combines the synergies of France and Poland. He noted that the corporation, now in its 20th year, has been active in Poland for 12 years.

Zbigniew Zaj±czkowski, chairman of the board at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, said, “The name change is indicative of our full identification with the parent company. It’s a huge honor, but also a challenge for the future.”

Speakers at the ceremony also included Bertrand Jannet, vice-president of the French Chamber of Commerce in Poland, who outlined Polish-French business ties.

The highlight of the ceremony was an address by Pierre Berger, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage, who stressed the importance of Polish companies in the organization’s global strategy and announced a further strengthening of cooperation as well as experience, resource and know-how sharing between companies within the Eiffage group.
