Wroc³aw's Magnolia Park Expands

Builders are working to expand the Magnolia Park shopping center in Wroc³aw, Lower Silesia province. As a result of the project, the facility's food court will be relocated and enlarged and shoppers will be offered the widest range of eating facilities in the city - a total of 21 food and drink establishments with seating for 650.
Self-service restaurant Multifood STP will open at Magnolia Park this month while September will see the opening of another three restaurants: Ohh! Sushi & Grill, Sevi Oriental, and Vege Life. In a few months, Burger King and KFC will reopen their restaurants in the shopping center.
Work to expand Magnolia Park began at the start of the year. After the project is completed, the shopping center will have an extra 20,000 sq m of space. The new area will accommodate 60 new stores.
Magnolia Park is the largest shopping, entertainment and recreation center in Poland’s southwestern Lower Silesia region. At present, it has a total area of 77,595 sq m and is home to around 230 stores, cafes, restaurants and services as well as a cinema, a play area for children, and 3,018 parking spaces.
Magnolia Park is part of the King's Street Retail portfolio of Polish shopping centers. Master Management Group, a leading Polish real estate manager and retail property investor, has been responsible for managing the center since October 2011.
