New Tenants at Atrium Felicity in Lublin

Centrum Wina, Galeria Milano, Takko Fashion, Cukiernia Ambasador and You&Me Cafe have all rented space at the Atrium Felicity shopping center under construction in the southeastern city of Lublin. The center is scheduled for completion at the beginning of next year. More than 90 percent of the retail space has already been leased out.
The Takko Fashion and Galeria Milano fashion stores will occupy 520 sq m and 50 sq m respectively. The Centrum Wina wine shop will be almost 40 sq m in size, offering a wide selection of wines and other alcoholic drinks as well as such accessories such as glasses and decanters. The Cukiernia Ambasador cake shop will be 80 sq m in size and the You&Me Cafe coffee shop will measure 90 sq m.
Atrium Felicity will be one of the largest shopping centers in eastern Poland and the largest one in Lublin, with 75,000 sq m of leasable area. It is being built at the intersection of two thoroughfares, Witosa Avenue and Grygowa Street. The investor has signed lease agreements with hypermarket chain Auchan, home improvement chain Leroy Merlin, and consumer electronics retailer Media Saturn. the exclusive agent responsible for renting out Atrium Felicity. The shopping center will provide 3,000 parking spaces.
