Occupancy Permit for Hoża 55
September 8, 2013
Developer Yareal Polska, a subsidiary of Yareal International, has secured an occupancy permit for its Hoża 55 residential project in Warsaw. Conveniently located in the heart of the Polish capital, the Hoża 55 apartment building is ready for residents to move in. More than 90 percent of the apartments have already been sold.
The developer says the project has been inspired by the atmosphere of prewar Warsaw and the design echoes the history of the site. The building replaced a rundown industrial plant that was once owned by the Łopieński brothers.
The project offers a total of 62 apartments, ranging from a 35-square-meter studio to a 177-sq-m penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the city center.
