Green Light for Family Point in Ełk
September 8, 2013
The investors behind the Family Point shopping center in the northeastern town of Ełk, Warmia-Mazuria province, have secured a permit to go ahead with the construction project. Work to build the center is due to start in September once negotiations with the general contractor are completed.
The facility is 75 percent leased out. Tenants include Avans, Marcpol, CCC, Deichmann, Takko Fashion and Kolporter.
The center, with a total leasable area of 6,200 sq m, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2014. It is being built in the northern part of the city, on Kajki Street, near a new beltway exit. There will be parking for 185 cars on the site.
Family Point in Ełk is a joint project by the Tradeland Development and Eyemaxx companies.
