Galeria Dominikańska in Wroc³aw Sold

Atrium European Real Estate, a company that owns, operates and develops commercial real estate and shopping centers in a number of Central and Eastern European countries, has finalized the purchase of the Galeria Dominikańska shopping center in the southwestern city of Wroc³aw. Atrium bought the center from a joint-venture company that comprises Otto Family and Deutsche EuroShop AG for 151.7 million euros.
Galeria Dominikańska has 32,900 sq m of leasable area on three stories. It houses 102 retail outlets, a fitness club and 1,250 sq m of office space. The main tenants are Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Carrefour, Media Markt, Van Graaf, C&A and Reserved.
Galeria Dominikańska was built in 2001 on Dominikański Square in the center of Wroc³aw. In 2011 it was renovated and the number of tenants increased.
