PTWP SA Group, the publisher of Propertynews.pl, is organizing the Property Forum 2013, a high-profile conference on Poland’s commercial property market, at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw Sept. 24-25.
Property Forum 2013 is the largest event focusing on the commercial property sector in Poland during which developers will meet with facility managers and tenants—two days of meetings, 10 special-topic sessions, over 800 participants.
The event is targeted at owners and managers of companies active on the market for shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses and hotels. Those taking part in the discussions will include tenants renting commercial, office and warehouse space as well as executives from hotel chains, heads of the largest consulting agencies, local government officials and other decision makers—including representatives from financial institutions, investment funds, and individuals with an impact on the development of the commercial property sector.
The Property Forum is expected to create a broad platform for a detailed debate on the current situation as well as on the prospects and development trends of the commercial property market in Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
The first day of the forum will end with an awards ceremony for the Prime Property Prize 2013.
