New Tenants at Pasaż Świętokrzyski

Several new tenants, among them confectioner Cukiernia Sowa, women's accessories retailer Trendy and Tazza Di Cafe, have leased a combined 170 sq m of retail space at the Pasaż Świętokrzyski shopping center in the central city of Kielce, Świętokrzyskie province.
Pasaż Świętokrzyski opened in 2006. It is located in the city's largest residential area, comprising the Ślichowice I, Ślichowice II and Dalnia housing estates. There are over 40 tenants in the center, including E. Leclerc, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, CCC, House, Cropp, 5.10.15., Active, Orsay, Monnari and Ecco.
In all, Pasaż Świętokrzyski offers 13,200 sq m of retail space. Real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for renting the center out to tenants. The company is also responsible for managing the center. The facility's owner, Catalyst Capital, plans to expand the center to include a 3,500-sq-m retail park.
