September 23, 2013
Clothing retailer Pepco and sportswear retailer 4F are the last two tenants who will rent space in the new section of the Ferio shopping center currently under expansion near the town of Konin, Wielkopolska province. The Pepco and 4F leases mean the new section is now fully let.
The Pepco store will be 290 square meters in size, and the 4F store will take up 145 sq m. Other tenants in the new part of the Ferio shopping center include Smyk, Mohito, Rossmann, CCC and Martes Sport.
The opening of the first two stores in the new section, Stradivarius and 4F, is planned for the end of September, followed by the opening of House and Cropp outlets in October.
In all, the new section of Ferio Konin will offer 2,500 sq m of leasable area. The Ferio Konin shopping center originally opened in 2008 and is now the largest and most modern shopping center in the area. It offers 30,000 sq m with over 60 stores, including Intermarche, H&M, Reserved, New Yorker, Douglas, Empik, Mohito, Cropp and House, a Castorama DIY store, a Media Markt store with consumer electronics, a Jysk store with home furnishings, and a McDonald's restaurant. There is also a parking lot for over 1,000vehicles. Ferio Konin is conveniently located along the east-west A2 freeway.
