Tommy Hilfiger at Atrium Felicity in Lublin

Fashion retailer Tommy Hilfiger has rented space at the Atrium Felicity shopping center under construction in the eastern city of Lublin. The Tommy Hilfiger store will be 200 sq m in size and will be located on the ground floor of the center.
Scheduled to open early next year, Atrium Felicity will be a regional center and the largest one in Lublin, with a leasable area of 75,000 sq m and 3,000 parking spaces. The mall is being constructed at the intersection of Witosa Avenue and Grygowej Street. Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for finding tenants for the shopping center.
Atrium Felicity will be home to about 120 stores and retail centers including tenants such as C&A, H&M, Zara, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Cubus, Carry, New Yorker, Diverse, Lavard, Benetton, CCC, Gino Rossi, Wojas, Badura, Intersport, Empik, Smyk Megastore, Douglas, Rossmann, YES, Paris Optique, Twoje Soczewki, Piękne Oczy, Travel Planet, KFC, Pure Jatomi Fitness, and RTV EURO AGD.
