Zdrówko! (Cheers!), antidote for dreary December

The play Zdrówko! (Cheers!), which opens Dec. 9 at the Capitol Theater in Warsaw, is an uplifting comedy to brighten up the bleak December nights.

The show is the latest brainchild of satirist Robert Górski, who writes sketches for the popular comedy act Kabaret Moralnego Niepokoju.

The play tells the story of Roman, Witek and Stefan, three men who meet on a trip to the health resort of Kotlinów-Zdrój. Their encounter and everything that follows become a crash course in life during which the three protagonists learn many new things about themselves, other people and the world. The play sparkles with witty dialogue. The somewhat bizarre plot follows the three men as they do their best to have a life before life gets the better of them.

Directed by Robert Talarczyk, the play stars Arkadiusz Janiczek, Mikołaj Cieślak and Michał Piela.
