New Tenants at Blue City
October 14, 2013
Blue City, one of the most popular shopping malls in Warsaw, is signing up new tenants and plans to rearrange its food court next year.
Newcomers to the mall include Italian fashion retailer Original Marines, a new brand on the Polish market, and home improvement retailer Kolorowy Dom. Soon the mall will also welcome a Giacomo Conti boutique with men's fashion, women's clothes retailer By Insomnia, interior furnishings retailer Home&You, and a Street restaurant.
Blue City's food court will be moved to Level +2 next year and the mall will welcome new cafes and restaurants. Moreover, new fashion brands will appear on the ground and first floors.
Real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle, along with Blue City's own leasing department, are responsible for signing new leases with tenants. Opened in 2004, Blue City is a "fourth-generation" mall that combines retail, entertainment and office functions. Located on Jerozolimskie Avenue, the mall is currently home to more than 200 stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and service outlets.
