October 21, 2013
Italian automaker Fiat has extended its lease for 4,000 sq m of office space in the Catalina Office Center in Warsaw for four of its companies in Poland: Fiat Auto Poland, Fiat Bank Polska, FGA Leasing Polska, and delivery van manufacturer Iveco.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Fiat in its negotiations with the building's owner.
Fiat has been in Poland since 1992 when a contract was signed to establish Fiat Auto Poland in the southern city of Bielsko-Biała.
The Catalina Office Center, designed by the Szaroszyk & Rycerski Architekci studio and delivered onto the market in late 2009, is located at the junction of Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets in Warsaw. It is a 10-story building totaling 21,000 sq m, including 14,000 sq m of office space.
