Eurocentrum Office Complex Topped Out

A topping-out ceremony for the Eurocentrum Office Complex under construction in Warsaw was held Oct. 17. When completed, the Eurocentrum Office Complex, owned by the Capital Park Group, will be the largest green office building in the Polish capital, offering a total leasable space of 69,579 square meters. The first phase of the project, to provide over 42,000 sq m of space, will be completed in June next year.
The Eurocentrum Office Complex is a 15-story grade-A+ building on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw, between Zawiszy Square and the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station.
The Eurocentrum Office Complex offers 67,005 sq m of office space and 2,181 sq m of space for service outlets and restaurants, in addition to 612 parking spaces in a three-level underground garage and 158 parking spaces above ground.
Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for finding tenants for the complex.
The Eurocentrum Office Complex is being constructed in line with sustainable building rules, confirmed by the project's LEED CS Gold pre-certification for environmental friendliness and user comfort.
The general contractor is the Erbud company, and the design is by the PRC Architekci studio.
