The Cosmopolitan: Downtown Luxury

I believe location is the key factor that makes premium apartments so unique. A special apartment needs to be in a special neighborhood and our Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 tower is a case in point. Its central location in Warsaw on Grzybowski Square at the junction of Twarda and Emilii Plater streets is exactly what we regard as a prime location.

Location inside the building is just as important. In order to make sure our premium apartments are situated high enough to offer a great view, the residential part does not begin until the eighth floor. The tower’s facade made entirely of glass provides a breathtaking view of the city center from each apartment.

A building like this needs to have a parking garage and that is what we have at the Cosmopolitan, a four-level underground garage for 299 cars. Such buildings should also have a concierge service and the common facilities should boast quality finishing materials and a look to match the high standards of the rest.

Apartments in a building like this have to be comfortable to live in. If you had to walk through your bedroom to get to the kitchen, you could hardly call the apartment luxurious. A well laid-out premium apartment can be anywhere between 50 and 300 square meters in size. High ceilings play a major part and all apartments in the Cosmopolitan tower are three meters high, ensuring bright and classy interiors.

A premium apartment comes with the best finishing materials and furnishings. Here at the Cosmopolitan, we offer wooden floors, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances with modern veneered cupboards and granite worktops, a separate room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a walk-in wardrobe with convenient closets. The apartments are delivered complete with internal doors and spot lighting mounted in suspended ceilings. Depending on the size, the apartments come with one to three bathrooms decked out in Italian marble, with under-floor heating, mirrors and lamps. Each master bedroom is also fitted with a tub and a shower cabin.

The look of any apartment is also determined by its windows. The Cosmopolitan has large windows which are 2.6 meters high. Unlike in most high-rises, one window in each room can be opened. The windows as well as the entrance doors to the apartments meet strict noise reduction standards. The power supply system features just the right number of wall sockets in each room.

Each apartment at the Cosmopolitan is fitted with an intelligent Home Management System, enabling residents to use a keypad or their mobile devices to control the air-conditioning and lighting systems, blinds and television sets.
