A new exhibition at the Wilanów Poster Museum showcases three decades of famous Polish movie posters.

The exhibition, entitled Film-Minded I Am... Polish Movie Posters from 1945-1969, features 250 posters by some of Poland’s top graphic artists. In conjunction with the exhibition, the museum is also holding movie screenings, meetings with artists and a range of other events related to posters and movies.

The exhibited items include award-winning work by famous poster designers such as Henryk Tomaszewski, Wojciech Fangor and Jan Lenica, along with pieces by artists commonly associated with other art genres, including painter Roman Opałka.

The exhibition and accompanying events mark the 45th anniversary of the Wilanów Poster Museum, one of the oldest poster museums in the world.
