Symphonic Queen, a music project by the Alla Vienna orchestra with the Vivid Singers choir, continues its concert season across Poland. The organizers describe the show as “a unique cross-genre project, unifying the symphonic element of Queen’s music with the rock potential of a salon orchestra and a majestic choir.”

The first, classical part of the concert features a variety of songs and styles, drawn from the first Queen albums released in the 1970s to the “Let Me Live” song from 1995. These are all versions rearranged especially for the new tour.

The second part, in turn, is a straight rock show, Queen style, packed with the British band’s greatest hits.

Towards the end of the show the audiences will hear “Bohemian Rhapsody” played live, which extremely rare, as even Queen on tour played the operatic passage from tape. Then actor Mariusz Ostrowski will take the stage as Freddie Mercury to sing “We Will Rock You” and “We Are The Champions.”

15-year-old Igor Gwadera, frontman and guitarist for the Anti Tank Nun band, will give three guest performances in November.
