Fashion and Pet Food at Atrium Copernicus

Lancerto, Aquael Zoo and Marilyn are among stores that will open in a new section of Atrium Copernicus, a shopping center being expanded in the northern city of Toru˝, Kujawy-Pomerania province.

Lancerto offers clothing for men and is already present at Atrium Copernicus. After the mall is expanded, the brand will move to the new section of the facility where it will lease more than 90 sq m of space.

After it is expanded, Atrium Copernicus will also be home to an Aquael Zoo outlet. Aquael Zoo stores stock a wide range of pet care products, including pet food and accessories for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and fish. The Aquael Zoo store at Atrium Copernicus will be more than 170 sq m in size. Another new tenant will be Marilyn, a retailer that offers hosiery and underwear. The outlet will be more than 20 sq m in size and located in the new part of Atrium Copernicus.

Atrium Copernicus will offer 50,000 sq m of leasable space and house 145 retail and service outlets after it is expanded. The expansion project began in July 2013 and is due to be completed in the final quarter of 2014. After it is expanded, the center will become the largest shopping mall in Toru˝.

The section being expanded will be 17,000 sq m in size and home to more than 50 new stores, service outlets, restaurants and cafes. These will include fashion retailers Cubus, Carry, Sinsay, Mohito, Centro and Diverse; sports goods retailers Decathlon, 4F and Active Sport; and health and beauty retailers Rossmann, Sephora, Hebe and Paris Optique.

As part of the expansion project, a two-level parking garage for over 500 cars has been built. There are plans to create 300 more parking spaces for customers underground. Altogether, the center will offer 1,400 parking spaces after it is expanded.

Atrium Copernicus is in the center of Toru˝ on »ˇ│kiewskiego Street. It currently houses 90 retail outlets.
