Diverse at Galeria Bursztynowa

Polish fashion retailer Diverse has leased 168 sq m of space at the Galeria Bursztynowa mall under construction in the central city of Ostrołęka, Mazovia province. Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner, the Narev Inwestycje company, in the deal.

Galeria Bursztynowa is being built at the intersection of Gorbatowa and Żebrowskiego streets in the city center. The usable area of the building will be around 32,000 sq m, including 27,000 sq m of leasable retail space. The center will be home to about 60 retail outlets and provide parking spaces for over 850 cars. The opening of the mall is planned for the spring of 2014.

Tenants will include Tesco, OBI, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, House and Cropp, Martes Sport, CCC, and Rossmann.

Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent responsible for finding tenants for the center. Bank BPS is providing financing for the project.
