Alex Kloszewski, an expert in the international hotel investment and real estate industry—and former director of the Hospitality Department and a partner at Colliers International Poland for the last nine years—has together with a team of associates launched an independent consulting company on the hotel real estate market. The new company, called Hotel Professionals, provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions for hotel market players in Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Comprehensive consulting and an experienced team
Hotel Professionals offers its clients comprehensive consulting services in areas such as new hotel projects, as well as in existing hotel networks and independent facilities. In response to market needs, Hotel Professionals is also directing its services to smaller hotels, located outside key locations, Kloszewski says. Hotel Professionals also specializes in consulting in associated hotel infrastructure, including conference and congress centers, exhibitions, spa facilities, bars, restaurants, and casinos.

Kloszewski is the managing director of Hotel Professionals. He has been involved in the hotel sector since 1973. As the first general manager of the InterContinental in Warsaw, he played an integral role in the construction of the hotel and was also the regional director of InterContinental Hotels in Poland and the Czech Republic. Kloszewski has worked for hotel chains such as Marriott International, The Rezidor Hotel Group, Wyndham Worldwide, and InterContinental, in the United States, Aruba and Poland.

Magda Kossowska, Jacek Tokarski and Patrick Kloszewski form the Hotel Professionals management team as partners. They have worked at Colliers International Poland for the last seven years and together completed more than 250 consulting assignments for the hotel sector, including for the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, Double Tree by Hilton in £ód¼, Warsaw and Wroc³aw, Hilton Garden Inn Kraków (Balice), Holiday Inn in D±browa Górnicza, Hotel OSSA Congress & Spa, the Focus and DeSilva hotel chains, and the Andel’s Hotel £od¼.

Kloszewski said, “The new Hotel Professionals consultancy ensures flexibility in the area of services which we can provide to our clients. Furthermore, it enables us to continue cooperation with Colliers, who remain an important client of the company, and at the same time enables us to service other agencies on the real estate market in Poland and Europe.”
