U.S. officials disclosed plans on Wednesday to return a painting by 18th century German artist Johann Conrad Seekatz which was stolen by the Nazis.

Homeland Security Investigations representatives and Attorney Preet Bharara will deliver the artwork to Poland's U.S. ambassador and consul general at a commemoration in Manhattan on Thursday.
