Organ Recitals at Reformed Church

Nine musicians from Poland and around Europe will play a series of recitals on a historic, 114-year-old organ at the Reformed Church in Warsaw starting April 27. The performances will be part of a series called the fifth International Organ Recitals 2014.

At the end of the 19th century, the Evangelical Reformed Congregation commissioned renowned German company Schlag und Söhne from ¦widnica, now in Lower Silesia province, southern Poland, to build the pipe organ. It was installed at the church in May 1900.

The organ concerts will take place on Sundays at 7p.m.
