Poland's unemployment rate soars to 14pct at end-Jan.

Poland ended January 2014 with registered unemployment rate at 14.0%, up by 0.6 pps from 13.4% at the end of December 2013, the Labor Ministry said on Friday.
The number of registered unemployed at the end of January measured 2.26 million, the ministry said.
In January employers filed 72,500 job offers to state job agencies.
Deputy Labor Minister Jacek Mecina told PAP Polish new agency that Poland's unemployment rate will increase further in February, but the increase will be less pronounced,
